Ms. Katerina Utekhina

For the past seven years Ms. Utekhina has been working for and with immigrants. She is a graduate of Temple University Law School where she obtained Master of Laws Degree in 2000. After graduating from law school, Ms. Utekhina worked for Women's Opportunities Resource Center in Philadelphia as a project coordinator for a Government program, which provides assistance to refugees. In addition, she handled many kinds of Asylum Cases and analyzed a wide variety of Immigration Law issues. She is admitted to New York State Bar since October 2004. Ms. Utekhina also holds a Juris Doctorate Degree from Saratov State Academy of Law in Russia. In 1995, she was selected by the American Academy of Educational Development to participate in the program Effective Advocacy for Women. She received Awards for Improving of International Law Enforcement System and for Distinguished Achievement in the Program. From 2005 to 2006, Ms. Utekhina worked at Stephen Jeffries & Associates, famous New York business immigration law firm, where she handled O-1 and I-140 cases as well as hardship waivers. Ms. Utekhina has achieved an extraordinary success for all employment - based petitions she filed with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services.

Mr. Ashok Sancheti

Mr. Sancheti qualified as an Indian Advocate in 1981 and also a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales. He is admitted to practice in UK and India. He completed his LL.M from University College, London in 1982. With more than twenty years of practice in law Mr. Sancheti has had substantial experience and expertise in company commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, sale and purchase of companies, Corporate Finance transactions, Off-shore trusts, International Technology Transfers, Corporate Insolvency and Intellectual Property matters. Mr. Sancheti also supervises commercial litigation and conducts international arbitration and has accepted appointment as an Arbitrator in several complex international arbitration proceedings.
